Like many women, my journey into menopause care began with my personal experience.
Women’s Hormonal Health & Wellness was created after navigating my own perimenopause and menopause experience.
Like many women, I began noticing changes in my early forties but was frustrated by the lack of care I received for my symptoms after visiting multiple clinicians.
Instead of treating my symptoms, I was offered birth control, even though I did not need it and had an adverse reaction to it.
I was offered surgery, even though no one could tell me why.
Determined to better understand what was happening in my own body, I began researching hormonal changes in midlife women and pursuing further education focused on menopause care.
Through continued training, including advanced coursework on hormone therapy and menopause management, I gained a deeper understanding of how evidence-based treatments can help many women regain their quality of life.
That experience ultimately led me to create Women’s Hormonal Health & Wellness, PLLC.
My goal is to provide a space where women are heard, informed, and supported as they navigate their own hormonal changes and explore treatment options that align with their personal health goals.
I believe every woman deserves access to competent, compassionate, individualized care during every stage of life, and I hope you choose to work with me to achieve your wellness goals and find your way back to being well.

Approach to Care
Personalized Evaluation
Care begins with hearing your story, taking a thorough medical history, reviewing your medications, and discussing your personal risk factors. This allows me to better understand what you are experiencing and discuss treatment recommendations with you that reflect your individual health needs and goals.
Evidence-Based Treatment Options
Treatment recommendations are guided by hearing your individual health goals while applying current research and clinical guidelines. When appropriate, FDA-approved hormone therapy and non-hormonal treatment options may be discussed to help relieve your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
Accessible Virtual Care
All visits are conducted through a state-of-the-art secure virtual platform, allowing women to receive care from the comfort of their home. Patients also have access to HIPAA-secure messaging to ask questions, share test results, and stay connected between visits. I personally answer these messages, not a chatbot.
Patient Education & Partnership
I believe women should feel informed and confident when making decisions about their health. During each visit, we will discuss possible treatment options, potential benefits, and your personal risks so you can make the best choice for you and your health. We work together to achieve those goals.
Let's Talk
You don’t have to navigate hormonal changes alone. Schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your symptoms, explore your options, and create a plan that supports your health and well-being.
